Size exchanges

Founding Edition sets can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition.

Exchanges depend on size availability. The Founding Edition is limited, so write to support@nationalisbetter.com with your order number and the size you need before sending anything back; we will confirm availability and send instructions.

Returns

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Size exchanges are described above.

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, write to support@nationalisbetter.com with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
